36 - Sneakers per Dr. Young

Dr. Young recommended these shoes to help with my big toe on my right side. He said it was imperative to get sneakers with a "zero incline" to help and recommended the Altra Torin v8 shoes (Amazon $120), so I'll get a pair and let you know if they help.

They definitely help so I also bought KEEN Men's Newport H2 Closed Toe Water Sandals (Amazon $95)  & Lem's Men's Primal Zen Leather dress shoes (Direct $150).

Sometimes the answer is "right under your feet".
